Shipping policy

1. Tracking Number

After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number or link to a tracking number.

2. Shipping Address Changes

If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address. However, once the order is shipped, we cannot alter the shipping address.

3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times

Many products we offer have free shipping. For products that do not have free shipping, costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and
destination of the items in the order. Approximate delivery dates are also shown on the product pages. Please be aware that these delivery times can become longer in case your order is placed during busier periods such as near Christmas or Thanksgiving.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Sadly, we are unable to ship your order to military installations and U.S. territories. We currently do not sell outside of the United States.

5. Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit
